In what countries is Cellarbase available?
Cellarbase is currently offered in the US and Canada.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes, you can change plans at any time and a prorated charge will be applied. If you downgrade plans, a billing credit will be added to your account for future invoices.
Where can I find my receipts?
In the Billing Tab of your User Settings, click Manage Billing, which will open up a portal where you can access your billing history.
Note: This button will only show up after your first invoice.
I’d like to change my payment method, how do I do this?
